Custom Homes

Project Planning

Whether you have a design in mind or not, we can work with you to create your new home just the way you want. With building a custom home, you have the freedom to build the kind of home that suits your needs, lifestyle and budget.

Since there are innumerable choices for your custom home, we will work with you from your initial ideas to come up with a concept design and budget estimate. Because we create design sketches and plans in-house, we can respond quickly to your feedback to come up with a set of specifications and blueprints.

With everything in hand, we can create a price and move on with the build. Our excellent team of carpenters, trusted subcontractors and suppliers will then get to work on your new home.

Construction

Throughout the build, we will work with your as you make selections on fittings, fixtures and finishes. You will have the opportunity to closely track the progress of your new home through our construction management software and regular site visits.

Ongoing Support

Before moving in, we will take you on a tour (pre-delivery walkthrough) of your new home. During the tour, we will ensure that you feel comfortable with all of the features of your new home and its operating systems.

During and after the warranty period, we will be there to answer any questions you might have or to address any issues that might come up. We are committed to building high-quality, comfortable homes for all of our clients.
