Who we are
Bosiak Construction has been building custom homes in the Quinte and Prince Edward Region since 1979. We are a family-run company that specializes in the design and construction of just about anything you can think of in residential construction. Since the beginning, almost all of our business has come from referrals from past clients, our trusted subcontractors, suppliers and other people we’ve worked with.
Though quality plays a big part of what we do, it is the relationships we build along the way that form the foundation of our business.

We have a well-developed health and safety program that involves all of our stakeholders and includes daily pre-work hazard assessment meetings, regular workplace inspections, weekly safety talks, and ongoing health and safety training.
